My services prepare you for your birth, support you during labor and delivery and make sure you and your family have a beautiful start into parenthood.
PRE Birth
Before your birth, I offer a Free 20 min Virtual Call to see if we’re a good fit.
I also provide Informational Appointments to discuss natural comfort measures, medication options, and to assist you in creating your personalized birth preferences (birth plan). Additionally, during Hands-on Appointments, we practice breathing techniques, labor positions, and ways your partner can best support you during birth.
These sessions are conducted in person unless you prefer otherwise.
ON Call
I officially begin my 24/7 on-call availability starting at week 37 of your pregnancy. That said, if you go into preterm labor, I will do my utmost to join you as quickly as possible.
Throughout our time working together—even before week 37—you are always welcome to text or call me with any questions or concerns. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
DURING Birth
As your doula, I provide continuous support throughout labor — offering comfort measures, coping techniques, and positions that encourage progress. I help you and your partner work as a confident, empowered team, support clear communication with your birth team, and honor your cultural or spiritual customs.
Birth is unpredictable, magical, and hard work — I’m here to hold space, cheer you on, and stand by you through every contraction. Photography of your journey is also available if desired.
POST Birth
Immediately after your birth, I stay with you during the Golden Hour, providing support for the 1-2 hours after delivery. I assist with breastfeeding initiation and offer a compassionate, open ear for anything you'd like to process in the moment.
Within the first week after birth, I provide (depending on the package you choose) a virtual check-in or in-person home visit to answer any questions, debrief your birth experience, and offer breastfeeding support.
Postpartum
The first weeks after birth are a time for the birthing parent to recover, for the (new) parents to adjust to their new responsibilities and roles, and for the whole family to slowly find their "new normal".
With little sleep, less energy, more questions, and new tasks, this can feel like a lot.
I’m here to help you savor those first magical weeks guiding you through baby basics, answering questions, and lending a calm, caring hand (and ear!).
Breast/Chestfeeding
Breastmilk is a true superfood for your baby! It’s perfectly balanced in fats and proteins, packed with essential vitamins and minerals, and rich in antibodies.
Everyone’s breast/chestfeeding journey is unique. It often requires dedication, adjustments, and sometimes a few extra tricks or referrals to specialists.
You set your own goals and define your success—and I’m here as your cheerleader and support system on this journey.
Doula Packages
All my packages include solid support at your birth—but how much we connect before and after is up to you. The Essentials is the “get in, get out, get born” package:
no handouts, and prenatal/postpartum visits done virtually—perfect if you want simple, no-frills support. The Whole Shebang is for those who want it all: more prenatal visits, helpful handouts, intro session & use of my TENS unit for early labor, extra postpartum support, breastfeeding help, and lots of Q&A.
Sliding Scale: I believe birth support should be accessible. While I already offer a range of packages, I also keep a few sliding scale spots open for clients experiencing financial hardship. If the cost feels out of reach due to financial barriers, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I may be able to help.
